This week I had an urgent IT related dense technical document that needed translated to Russian. I tried with 3 other translators but the intended recipient rejected the other translations because they did not capture the difficult subject matter and technical jargon.
With my deadline looming…, I was lucky to find Valentin and Ellen, Valentin understood the urgency, immediately picked up the document and proposed a draft translation. We refined it together and it was accepted by the recipient who in addition praised the work.
